Live Twitter interview with Stephen Hough today

Stephen Hough lands in Sydney shortly, where he will head to Musica Viva Australia‘s main office for lunch with the staff. Over lunch we’ll ask him some questions and share the conversation on Twitter. Search @MusicaVivaAU or #asktheartist to follow the conversation, and feel free to send in questions of your own! The fun should start around 1pm, and if you’re not inclined to tweet, or simply not near a computer at the time, keep your eyes (or ears?) peeled for the podcast to be uploaded to Musica Viva’s website in a few days’ time.

Stephen has now performed in Hobart, Melbourne, Canberra, Perth and Adelaide, and if his Twitter account is anything to go by, indulged in some fabulous desserts in each of those cities. Tomorrow night Stephen heads to Newcastle, before disappearing to do some concerto performances with the Sydney Symphony Orchestra next week. (He takes time out of his orchestral schedule to give a masterclass at Sydney Conservatorium on Tuesday 11 October at 6pm.) But fear not, Stephen’s recital tour continues the following week with performances in Sydney and Brisbane.
