Atos Trio spends weekend in Melbourne giving concerts & masterclasses

The Atos Trio has had a busy weekend, performing at the Melbourne Recital Centre and for the Peninsula Music Society in Melbourne, as well as catching up with friends in Melbourne and dealing with the traffic chaos caused by Hilary Clinton’s Melbourne visit.

Today the Trio gives a masterclass at the Australian National Academy of Music in South Melbourne before heading off to Brisbane tomorrow night. The group can be heard on ABC Classic FM tomorrow, Tuesday 9 November, performing Brahms, Schubert and Stanhope, a work they perform “with great care and beauty,” according to one audience member.

A busy week ahead includes concerts in Brisbane, Canberra and Sydney as well as masterclasses at both the Sydney Conservatorium of Music and the Conservatorium High School.
