Early start as the Choir of Trinity College travels to Adelaide

After a day spent cruising the river and getting to know Australia’s wildlife, the Choir of Trinity College Cambridge gave another stunning performance last night at Brisbane’s QPAC. Spare a thought for the poor Choir today, however, as they had a very early start to catch their 8.30am flight from Brisbane to Adelaide. But don’t despair if you’re going to the Choir’s Adelaide concert tonight – the Choristers have rest time this afternoon to recover from their early morning. And I do mean recover. After all, when was the last time you heard of a university student getting out of bed before 6am?

While the Choristers marvel at the unusual Australian landscapes (for many of them, it’s their first overseas trip!) some of us here at Musica Viva are busy admiring the incredible architecture back at Cambridge (image at left). You can find out more about Trinity College generally here, and the Choir of Trinity College specifically here.
